A large section of the disabled population live in remote areas where they do not have street names or numbers - leaving them effectively off the map. Being "unaddressed" denies them access to basic services and leads to an increase stigma and discrimination in their communities. Stigma leads to people with disabilities often having poor mental health and denial of their basic rights such as food, education, employment and access to health services due to their inability to participate fully.
